Your book will look great. In case it was damaged, misprinted or lost in the mail, we will reprint and send you a new copy free of charge.
We want to make sure that your book's quality is outstanding. In case of minor quality issues, we will contact you and fix the problem together.
Want to make changes? No problem. Your order can be cancelled or edited up to 4 hours after ordering (ask us for the exact time frame here), before your book goes into production. If we don't receive any communication up to 4 hours after ordering, your book will be printed and shipped, it is not possible to make changes anymore or ask for a refund.
We do not alter the content of the photo books in any way, unless you ask for it.
